1 lb. 4 oz. All purpose flour
1 tsp. Salt
1oz. Sugar
1oz. Baking Powder
7oz. Unsalted Butter
12oz. Buttermilk
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in butter (don't over mix).
Add milk.
Transfer to flour and knead.
Roll 1/2 in. thick.
Bake at 425 for 10-12 min.
