Cooking at the College with Chef Patrick Fletcher

Chef Patrick Fletcher, program coordinator for WKCTC’s Culinary Arts Program, produces Cooking at the CollegeCooking at the College was originally designed to draw attention to the culinary program at WKCTC.  The program has since blossomed into something of a phenomenon. Many people remark that they cannot wait to see the next show. From chocolate bread pudding or praline almond fudge ice cream to chicken Marsala or a wild mushroom risotto, there is something for everyone on Cooking at the College Recipes are also available online. Chef Brett McCarthy produced Cooking at the College from September 2006 until May 2009.  The show's first high definition production was March 4, 2008.
