Rays of Hope


Rays of Hope is hosted by Mary Foley of the Purchase Area Sexual Assault and Child Advocacy Center, and features various issues related to sexual violence, prevention information and intervention techniques. The program is designed to educate viewers about the services available to them, the effects of sexual violence and opportunities that exist should they choose to become involved in the effort to make McCracken County a safer community for all.

Sexual Assault Awarenes Month- January, 2010

New Intern Program - September, 2009
PASAC has a new intern program for area college students to gain vital experience in dealing with victims of sexual abuse. Graduate student, Tara French and undergraduate students, Serena Brittain and Taylor Buckingham share their learning experiences at PASAC. Men Who Cook - February, 2009
Fundraiser that benefits the Purchase Area Sexual Assault Center. The 4th Annual event has been moved to March and the theme is M.AD. (Make A Difference ) Men Who Cook. March is also Sexual Abuse Prevention Awareness Month. PASAC encourages everyone to get M.A.D. and then get involved and help fight sexual abuse by attending this year's Men Who Cook.
