Paducah Cooperative Ministry and Emergency Needs - March 4, 2008
Karen and Greg talk with Heidi Surheinrich, Director of the Paducah Cooperative Ministry. Heidi talks candidly about the difficult task of helping those in crisis. The emergency needs for many in our community are growing daily and assistance is harder to provide. With limited funds from local churches and several other local agencies, the Paducah Cooperative Ministry works diligently to continue to be a source of support in tough times.

Faith and Film Series at Maiden Alley Cinema - February 27, 2008
Karen and Greg talk with Matt Jaeger aboout a new series at Maiden Alley Cinema featuring stories of faith in films. The movies are sponsored by Paducah churches and are shown on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The series begins in March and runs through October. The schedule is as follows: Chocolat, March 10 - Jurassic Park, April 14 - The Cider House Rules, May 12 - Whale Rider, June 9 - Simon Burch, July 14 - Places in the Heart, August 11 - Dead Man Walking, September 8 - The Fisher King, Ocotber 13. Due to church sponsorship, tickets are only $3. Donations of food and money will be accepted and will benefit the Paducah Cooperative Ministry.
